Michael Ohene-Effah is a hazel-eyed, right-handed, well educated, tough-minded optimist, lucid dreaming, purpose driven, happily employed, reality manipulating, solution providing, risk taking, goal seeking, problem solving, late sleeping, passive income generating, highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, persistent, optimistic, fearless, and proactive… part-time writer, speaker, business growth strategist, personal development activist, consultant, entrepreneur, husband and father. He is an extroverted introvert, a logical intuitive, and an insatiably curious seeker of knowledge. Simply put, Michael is one of life’s runaway experiments who go around challenging people to unearth their greatness…however they define it.

Michael has impacted almost 40,000 youth and over 8,000 corporate executives across Africa in different businesses and competency areas and consults for-profit and non-profit organizations. Michael is a regular contributor to the beginning-of-the-year programme “Effective Living Series” on Citi FM in Accra and has featured on several other radio and TV programmes in Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Sunyani, Wa, Cape Coast, and Donkorkrom, all in Ghana.

Michael deeply loves young people and light roast coffee and is completely at peace in green, lush environments. Michael currently lives in Accra with his cutably adorable wife, Letitia and their brilliant children, Nana Kofi and Obaasima.

With over 20 years’ experience in the corporate world, Letitia is currently the Co-Founder of LeadAfrique International. Since 2014, her organisation has empowered, inspired greatness and nurtured responsive leadership in over 40,000 young people in 50 schools to live purposefully in 3 regions in Ghana and in Uganda and Kenya.

She hosts the family-focused programme, ‘FamLife” on Citi 97.3 FM, Ghana’s biggest English language radio station, every week, reaching over 30,000 people weekly.

Together with her team, they have developed an integrity curriculum for young people which they are working hard to mainstream into the school system, all in an effort to transform the lives of over a million young people and livelihoods by 2023.

Esther Lydia Effah is the Customer Experience Officer at LeadAfrique International. In this role, she works to enable clients enjoy their journey with LeadAfrique International. She also inspires professionals to enhance their self-worth in an effort to confidently grow their businesses. As an educationist she believes that there is so much knowledge that people need to free them from the trap of the norm. She envisions a future where people are living their potential to the best of their ability and therefore works daily to inspire people to achieve their greatness.

Esther is very optimistic and loves to work with young people. She believes they have so much to offer to the world and should be allowed to express honestly with guidance. Her welcoming personality and smile makes her a household name once you come into contact with her.

Esther creates great content, trains and counsels and is a Certified School Facilitator (CSF) of LeadAfrique’s leadership development module. Her experience with the hospitality industry in both Ghana and South Africa makes her dynamic in providing her students with practical experiential learning.

Daniel Offei is a Business Advisor for SME and Corporate clients at LeadAfrique International. In this role, Daniel ensures that client’s financial records and statutory obligations are adhered to scrupulously. As an incisive thinker, encourager, a great believer in the development of young people, Daniel’s versatility as a valuable member of the team, sees him double up as a Certified School Facilitator of LeadAfrique’s leadership development module. His love, dedication and curiosity make him a significant addition to the team.

Daniel holds a degree in Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra.

Ebenezer Ashie is the Technical Support Officer of LeadAfrique International. In this role, he oversees designs, website administration and technical support for all programmes and events. His role also ensures that the organization’s mandate is achieved and event grounds are set up professionally and on a timely basis to ensure customers receive the impact required.

Eben believes every child deserves to be well trained and provided with positive outlook for the future. His decision to be part of the team signifies the purpose of being able to live out his favourite quote.

He’s motivated, creative and solutions-oriented delivering creative concepts for the business’s platforms. He enjoys learning and continuously improves his skills in an ever-evolving world. Ebenezer’s goal is to be a determined designer, photographer, videographer and video editor.
