This program is appropriate for ages 5-10 and 11-19. But honestly, we have children from younger and older ages using the programme
The MLF programmes creates practical and informational courses to teach your child about soft skills, leadership and critical thinking skills needed for this time.
Oh yes, they can! That said, we strongly recommend parents go through programmes with the children as this will facilitate implementing the new skills they learn.
All videos are available through online streaming, so while you cannot download them, you can access them from anywhere with an internet connection.
Children are our present and future and make up a significant percentage of the total world population and therefore must be included in the global narrative. Building time-tested leadership principles and character at a younger age shapes their mind and heart sets to give off their best.
| We carefully work with select staff and volunteer Certified School Facilitators (CSF) with backgrounds in teaching and education, psychology, sociology, and social work among other related fields. They are taken through a vigorous training and certification process to equip them to be able to support and serve you. |

We also believe an individual’s behavior changes as s(he) commits to applying practical theories and concepts which aid in breaking old negative habits and replace with positive ones.
